Duane Morris has appointed Phillip Ross as its new executive director. Ross, who has served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Clark Hill since 2002, will take over as COO at Duane Morris upon the retirement of the current COO, Charles O’Donnell, in 2027. Over the past 20 years, Ross has played a significant role in helping Clark Hill grow into the ranks of the Am Law Second Hundred.
