The President’s executive orders against legal firms are the subject of a lawsuit filed by the American Bar Association, which the Trump administration is attempting to have dismissed.
According to the administration, the lawsuit is premature and the ABA lacks standing to bring it.
The administration claims that Trump is not permitted to issue any more EOs against firms in a letter that backs the petition to dismiss.
