Hogan Lovells advises 21 Invest on the creation of a leading integrated pan-European platform dedicated to alternative asset management

In order to create a leading integrated pan-European group under the control of the recently formed 21 Next S.p.A. holding that operates in the Alternative Asset Management sector with a focus on private equity, infrastructure, private debt, and venture capital, Hogan Lovells has advised 21 Invest, a European investment group founded and led by Alessandro Benetton, on the agreements with Edizione S.p.A. and Tages Group.
