A banking syndicate comprising Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale (Lead Manager), Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, and Norddeutsche Landesbank – Girozentrale was advised by the international law firm Hogan Lovells, under the direction of Frankfurt partner Dr. Jochen Seitz, on the placement of a Mortgage Pfandbrief of BSK 1818 AG (formerly operating as Landesbank Berlin AG) with an issue volume of EUR 300 million.
