The Dutch fitness company Basic Fit has received advice from the international law firm Hogan Lovells on the acquisition of Clever Fit, a well-known European fitness franchise with a significant presence in Germany, for €160 million in an all-cash transaction plus €15 million earn-out. The firm is led by Munich partner Dr. Nikolas Zirngibl and associate Julia Dingeldey.
