Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised CrediaBank S.A. on its €300 million share capital increase.
The transaction involved the issuance of 375,000,000 new ordinary shares to strengthen the bank’s capital base.
The offering was carried out through a public offering in Greece alongside an international private placement.
