Hogan Lovells has provided advice to Farmacosmo, a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, and Farmacia De Leo regarding Farmacosmo’s acquisition of Mr. Rosario De Leo’s 33% share capital in Farmacia De Leo and Farmacia De Leo’s concurrent transfer of the business unit in charge of managing a pharmacy in Messina to a company under Mr. De Leo’s control.
