Hogan Lovells has advised Italgas S.p.A. on the issuance of a €750 million fixed-rate bond.
The bond has a maturity date of 16 April 2032 and was issued under the company’s EMTN Programme.
The transaction strengthens Italgas’ financing structure and supports its long-term funding strategy.
