Hogan Lovells advises Recordati on its strategic collaboration with Moderna

Recordati has received advice from Hogan Lovells about its strategic partnership and license agreement with Moderna to create and market globally mRNA-3927, an experimental medicine for the treatment of propionic acidemia (PA). According to the terms of the agreement, Recordati will spearhead worldwide commercialization if permitted, while Moderna will continue to spearhead the development of mRNA-3927 in partnership with Recordati.
