Under the leadership of Dr. Thomas Freund, a partner in Munich, Hogan Lovells has provided Vidia Equity with advice on the refinancing and additional financing of the purchase of Tectus Flachdachabdichtungen GmbH (Tectus) by Dach Energiezukunft (DEZ), the roof energy services platform that focuses on the integration of rooftop solar and the energy-efficient renovation of commercial and industrial flat roofs, supported by Vidia Climate Fund I.
