Position Description:
Our client, a respected regional law firm, is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate to join its Jacksonville office.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, including complex commercial litigation
• Construction litigation experience preferred
• Experience with hearings and depositions preferred
• Strong research, writing, advocacy, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable appearing in court and managing client relationships
• Technical background and interest in business development are a plus
• Active Florida bar license required
