Position Description:
Our client, a respected regional law firm, is seeking a Construction & Real Estate Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Sarasota office and support litigation matters throughout Florida.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on construction and/or real property disputes
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Experience taking and defending depositions and handling dispositive motions
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage litigation matters in a fast-paced environment
• Active Florida bar license in good standing
