Position Description:
Our client, an internationally recognized law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its San Francisco office.

The ideal candidate will have experience at a large or sophisticated mid-sized law firm and a strong background in venture capital and growth equity transactions, representing both companies and investors. This role also requires meaningful experience advising private companies on day-to-day corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on venture capital and growth equity financings from both company and investor perspectives
• Provide ongoing counsel to private companies on corporate governance, strategic matters, and general business issues
• Collaborate with cross-office and national teams on complex transactions
• Take ownership of key workstreams and client relationships
• Engage directly with clients and contribute to high-level strategic discussions
