Position Description:
Our client is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3–6 years of law firm experience to join its Business Law team in Chicago, Phoenix, or Milwaukee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
• Conduct and manage due diligence reviews in connection with M&A matters
• Work closely with clients and senior attorneys throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Provide practical, strategic legal counsel on complex business matters

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of corporate law experience in a law firm setting
• Experience handling mergers and acquisitions transactions
• Strong due diligence, drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
