Position Description:
Our client is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3–6 years of law firm experience to join its Business Law team in Chicago, Phoenix, or Milwaukee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
- Conduct and manage due diligence reviews in connection with M&A matters
- Work closely with clients and senior attorneys throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Provide practical, strategic legal counsel on complex business matters
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of corporate law experience in a law firm setting
- Experience handling mergers and acquisitions transactions
- Strong due diligence, drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
