Position Description:
Our client is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience drafting and responding to discovery, preparing initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions.
Significant experience in labor and employment law is required. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
