Position Description:
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney (6+ yrs.) to join its Financial Services practice. This role focuses on defending consumer financial services clients in complex litigation matters and offers the chance to work alongside a collaborative, high-performing team.  This position can be fully remote (but must reside in the state of California) or work out of any of the firm's California offices as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent financial services clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including mortgage-related disputes
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation in state and federal courts
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and contribute to case strategy

Qualifications:

• Active California bar license in good standing (Texas admission is a plus)
• 6+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally with exposure to mortgage or financial services defense
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities

Compensation:
