Position Description:

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have experience handling civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts, with exposure to health care‑related matters strongly preferred. This role provides the opportunity to represent health care providers and facilities in a variety of litigation contexts while developing core litigation skills within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all phases of civil litigation in state and federal courts
- Support the representation of health care providers and/or long‑term care facilities
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other case-related documents
- Participate in case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and team members on active matters
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of civil litigation experience
- Prior experience in health care litigation or representing health care entities is strongly preferred
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a team environment
- Active admission to the California Bar
