Position Description:
Our client, a highly regarded global law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory Practice Group. This nationally recognized practice advises clients across the healthcare and life sciences industries on complex regulatory, compliance, and business matters.
The group's diverse client base includes healthcare providers, health systems, academic medical centers, outpatient facilities, healthcare professionals, digital health and health technology companies, investors, and management organizations. The practice also represents life sciences companies ranging from emerging innovators to global manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, diagnostics, dietary supplements, cosmetics, laboratories, clinical research organizations, and industry trade associations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an associate seeking sophisticated regulatory work within a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment. Attorneys in this practice regularly work alongside colleagues in litigation, white collar defense, corporate transactions, intellectual property, and other practice areas. Key Responsibilities
- Advise healthcare providers, suppliers, and life sciences companies on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Counsel clients on federal and state healthcare laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to healthcare and life sciences regulatory issues.
- Draft memoranda, regulatory guidance, and client-facing legal documents.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas on complex client matters.
- Support clients navigating regulatory challenges, investigations, transactions, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare law experience.
- Experience representing hospitals, health systems, healthcare providers, and healthcare suppliers.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent academic credentials and professional references.
- Licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.

Compensation & Benefits
Our client offers a highly competitive compensation package.
Salary Range: $260,000 – $365,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
In addition, associates may be eligible for an hours-based bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package.
