Position Description:
Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking an Investment Management Associate with 3-8 years of experience to join its team in Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Denver, or Washington, D.C.

Qualifications:

• Experience advising institutional investors on private fund investments and related transactions
• Representation of pension plans, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and other institutional investors
• Experience conducting fund due diligence and negotiating subscription agreements, side letters, investment management agreements, separate accounts, co-investments, continuation vehicles, and secondaries transactions
• Exposure to private equity, hedge, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, credit, and other alternative investment strategies
• Experience with structured finance, securitizations, asset-backed finance, fund finance, credit funds, rated note feeder structures, or private credit transactions is a plus
• Strong drafting, analytical, client counseling, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent academic credentials
