Business & Commercial Litigation Associate (3–4 Years)

Our client, a highly regarded California-based law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–4 years of experience to join its business and commercial litigation practice in San Diego.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal correspondence
• Respond to written discovery and manage document review processes
• Assist with and take depositions
• Prepare for hearings, oral arguments, and trial/arbitration
• Support overall case strategy and case management
• Work closely with partners and clients on litigation matters

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in business and commercial litigation
• Experience with depositions, oral argument preparation, and trial/arbitration support
• Strong case management and organizational skills
• Excellent legal writing, oral advocacy, and communication abilities
• High level of academic achievement
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
• Admission to the California Bar required

• Salary range: approximately $250,000 – $285,000, depending on experience and qualifications
