Position Description:
A nationally recognized Am Law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level Litigation Associate to join its growing Commercial Litigation and Disputes Practice in Philadelphia. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated, high-value litigation matters alongside experienced trial lawyers in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

This role will support a diverse litigation practice involving complex business disputes, commercial litigation matters, and product liability claims. This position offers significant client exposure, professional development opportunities, and involvement in high-profile cases across various industries. Representative Matters Include:

• Complex commercial litigation
• Business and shareholder disputes
• Breach of contract claims
• Breach of fiduciary duty matters
• Fraud and business tort litigation
• Consumer protection and unfair trade practices claims
• Product liability litigation
• Mass tort and multidistrict litigation matters

Qualifications

Required:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 1-3 years of experience practicing at a law firm
• Experience in commercial litigation, business disputes, complex civil litigation, product liability, or related areas
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing, or willingness to sit for the Pennsylvania Bar at the next available opportunity
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously

Preferred:

• Judicial clerkship experience
• Experience handling sophisticated litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Prior exposure to product liability or mass tort litigation

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $235,000 – $260,000 annually
