Known for its broad industry focus and deep bench across key practice areas—such as antitrust, corporate, entertainment, finance, healthcare, intellectual property, and litigation—the firm serves a wide range of clients, including nearly half of the Fortune 100. Position Description:
Our client, a global Am Law 50 law firm, is seeking a mid‑level Litigation Associate to join its nationally recognized Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation team. This position may be based in Silicon Valley or San Francisco.

Our client’s team includes highly regarded trial attorneys with deep experience handling disputes involving private wealth. The practice focuses on complex litigation matters relating to trusts, decedents’ estates, conservatorships, and adult guardianships. Attorneys regularly represent clients in matters involving breach of fiduciary duty, fiduciary misconduct and fraud, estate administration disputes, investment mismanagement, financial elder abuse, conservatorship proceedings, and will and trust contests. The team has achieved significant victories in state, federal, and international jurisdictions, including multi‑million‑dollar outcomes, and has played a meaningful role in shaping legislation affecting beneficiary rights and fiduciary standards.

Associates on this team are given substantial responsibility early in their careers, including opportunities for hands‑on litigation experience, exposure to sophisticated legal issues, and direct client interaction. This role offers the chance to develop meaningful client relationships and grow within a specialized and highly respected niche practice.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of litigation experience
  • Prior experience or exposure to trusts and estates litigation is preferred but not required
  • Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Active admission to the California Bar is required
