Position Description:
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior Real Estate Associate to join its growing real estate practice in either Philadelphia or Miami. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated real estate transactions within a collaborative and highly regarded team.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:
- Acquisitions and dispositions
- Real estate finance transactions
- Real estate development projects
- Land use and zoning matters
- Commercial leasing transactions
Attorneys will have the opportunity to take ownership of smaller matters while playing a key role on larger, complex transactions involving institutional clients, developers, investors, lenders, and other market participants.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 3 years of transactional real estate experience
- Experience from a large law firm preferred, though strong candidates from boutique or mid-sized firms will be considered
- Demonstrated experience with commercial real estate transactions
- Strong drafting, analytical, research, and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and work effectively within a team-oriented environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $235,000 – $435,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location
