Product Liability & Class Action Litigation Associate – Los Angeles

Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a talented and motivated associate to join its Product Liability & Class Action Litigation practice group in Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in complex litigation, with an emphasis on automotive product liability and class action matters. Candidates with defense-side catastrophic injury experience are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Motion practice, discovery, and brief writing
• Preparing corporate witnesses for depositions
• Taking and defending depositions
• Attending court appearances
• Client interaction and case management
• Trial preparation and participation

Qualified candidates should have substantial experience handling all aspects of litigation, including factual investigation and discovery. Strong written communication skills, oral advocacy abilities, and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Admission to the California Bar, in good standing
