Position Description:
Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking an Associate to join its Real Estate practice in their Washington, DC office. Qualified candidates should have 1–4 years of commercial real estate experience and hold an active bar license in DC, Maryland, and/or Virginia.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Strong recent transactional real estate experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Relevant experience across areas such as:
  • Acquisitions and dispositions
  • Development
  • Leasing
  • Mixed‑use and condominium matters
  • Multifamily development
  • Regulatory issues (e.g., TOPA, ROFRs, rent control)
