Position Description:
Permanent Placements is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join a nationally recognized Am Law 200 firm in its Phoenix or Tucson office, with a strong preference for candidates based in or open to Phoenix. This role sits within a Chambers-ranked real estate group and offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions within a highly collaborative national platform.
The Phoenix office anchors a larger, established team of real estate attorneys and professionals, while Tucson offers additional flexibility depending on candidate location. The group represents a diverse client base, including REITs, institutional investors, private equity groups, developers, and lenders across multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate documents across commercial real estate transactions

Support development transactions, acquisitions, and dispositions

Draft and review leases

Manage due diligence, including title, survey, and related materials

Assist with closing commercial real estate transactions
Qualifications

4+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience

Strong drafting and deal management skills

Experience across acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development preferred

Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines

Excellent academic credentials

Prior law firm experience required
Work Model

Compensation

$175,000 to $250,000 annually
