Position Description:
Our client, a highly regarded Am Law firm, is seeking a talented associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its Intellectual Property practice in DC, Chicago, Denver, Indianapolis, or Minneapolis.
                                    

The position offers the chance to work on a broad range of trademark, copyright, advertising, and media matters. Associates can expect a mix of counseling, prosecution, and dispute-related work, including matters before administrative tribunals and federal courts.
                            

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of trademark law experience
• Experience with copyright, advertising, licensing, sweepstakes, or privacy matters is a plus
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment
