K&L Gates Advises InfraLeuna GmbH on the Acquisition of DOMO Caproleuna GmbH

K&L Gates has advised InfraLeuna GmbH, operator of the Leuna Chemical Park, on the acquisition of the business operations of DOMO Caproleuna GmbH. The transaction was completed jointly with LEUNA-Harze GmbH through their newly established joint venture company, LEUNA – Polyamid GmbH. The deal involved the transfer of business operations and assets to the joint venture, effective April 1, 2026. The acquisition strengthens industrial activity within the Leuna Chemical Park and supports continued development of polyamide production capabilities.
