In the first half of 2025, law firm leasing activity reached 10 million square feet, the highest start to a year on record and indicating a potential fourth consecutive year of increased activity, according to a Cushman & Wakefield report. Q2 leasing was the second highest ever recorded, trailing only Q4 of 2024. Law firm leases in major U.S. markets represented 61% of total firm leasing during this period.
