Mayer Brown has advised an affiliate of Sun European Partners on its investment in B&H Worldwide Ltd, an international aerospace and aviation logistics company. The investment is intended to support B&H Worldwide’s continued growth, including expansion of its team, capabilities and customer services. The transaction will also help drive the company’s future M&A strategy across aviation logistics and other specialist logistics sectors.
