Mayer Brown Advises Bain Capital in Relation to Acquisition of Art Deco Landmark in Paris

Mayer Brown has advised Bain Capital on a joint venture with European real estate investor Revcap. The mandate included advising on the acquisition, financing and redevelopment of 29–33 Champs-Élysées, an iconic Art Deco property located in Paris’ prestigious “Triangle d’Or.” The project represents a significant investment in one of Europe’s premier luxury retail corridors. Black Swan Real Estate Capital has been appointed as asset manager for the development. The transaction highlights continued investor demand for prime European real estate assets.
