PETRONAS LNG Ltd, a subsidiary of Petroliam Nasional Bhd (PETRONAS), a Malaysian multinational oil and gas company, has received advice from Mayer Brown regarding a 20-year LNG sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with a Pembina Pipeline Corporation (Pembina) subsidiary for 1 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) of liquefaction capacity at the Cedar LNG facility (Cedar LNG) in Canada.
