Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Gas) received advice from Mayer Brown on its 20-year LNG sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Venture Global, Inc. (Venture Global). Tokyo Gas has committed to purchasing 1 million tonnes of LNG annually (MTPA) from Venture Global for 20 years, beginning in 2030, under this LNG SPA.
