Sarah Goodwin will become a partner in Mayer Brown’s finance practice, bolstering the firm’s expanding London-based Leveraged Finance and Private Capital offering, the firm announced today. Sarah joined Mayer Brown from Kirkland & Ellis, where she established a prestigious practice assisting private credit providers, portfolio firms, and private equity sponsors on intricate, international finance deals.
