Norton Rose Fulbright Guides Bimergen in ERCOT Battery Storage Portfolio Transfer

Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Bimergen Energy Corporation on the transfer of a 480-MWh battery energy storage portfolio to an affiliate of Frontier Power USA, closing on May 21, 2026. The portfolio includes three projects in ERCOT, with construction expected to begin in mid-2026. Under the agreement, Frontier Power USA will finance the construction and hold a 92.5 percent ownership interest, while Bimergen retains 7.5 percent.
