On behalf of its San Francisco campus (UCSF), Norton Rose Fulbright provided advice to the Regents of the University of California on a US$985 million public-private partnership deal to build a state-of-the-art cancer and incubator laboratory facility in San Francisco. On August 26, 2025, work on the property started.
