Paramount announced late Thursday that Makan Delrahim has been appointed as its Chief Legal Officer. Delrahim, who previously held senior legal roles in the first Trump administration, helped Skydance Media with its $8 billion acquisition of Paramount Global earlier this year. The merged entity will operate under the Paramount name.
