Skydance Media and Paramount Global have completed their merger to form Paramount, a Skydance Corporation. Latham & Watkins LLP advised Skydance and the Investor Group. Sullivan & Cromwell LLP served as legal counsel to RedBird Capital Partners. Ropes & Gray LLP served as legal counsel to National Amusements, Inc. Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP served as legal counsel to the Paramount Special Committee. Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP served as legal counsel to Paramount Global.
