Meredith Marks is a respected legal recruiting professional with more than a decade of experience helping attorneys and law firms navigate career moves, hiring needs, and long-term growth. Having spent her career within Am Law and regional law firms overseeing attorney recruiting and legal talent initiatives, she brings firsthand knowledge of the legal hiring process and today’s competitive talent market.

Throughout her career, Meredith has managed all aspects of attorney recruitment, including lateral associate hiring, partner and group placements, law school recruiting, summer associate programs, diversity recruitment initiatives, and firm-wide talent strategies. Her experience working directly with law firm leadership, practice group leaders, and hiring committees gives her a deep understanding of the evolving needs of both employers and candidates.

Based in Richmond, Virginia, Meredith is known for her honest, relationship-driven approach, market knowledge, and commitment to helping attorneys and law firms make informed decisions that lead to lasting success.
