The A-List is The American Lawyer’s ranking of law firms that excel in all areas, showcasing high performance based not only on financial metrics but also on talent, diversity, and social responsibility. The rankings evaluate success through several factors, including revenue per lawyer, pro bono contributions, diversity, the percentage of female equity partners, and midlevel associate satisfaction. Revenue per lawyer and pro bono contributions are given double weight in the evaluation.
