Position Description:
A litigation firm is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its practice at the partner or senior level. This role focuses on third-party liability insurance coverage matters, including both litigation and advisory work.

An existing portable book of business is NOT required.

• Some travel may be required

Key Responsibilities

• Handle insurance coverage matters, including third-party liability claims

• Manage cases through all phases of litigation

• Draft coverage opinions and provide client guidance

• Maintain and develop client relationships

• Collaborate with attorneys across offices

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in insurance coverage and related litigation

• Experience handling both coverage analysis and litigation matters

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

• Strong case management and client-facing experience

• Strong academic credentials

• Active bar admission in at least one of the following: Illinois, New York, Tennessee, or Florida

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $175,000 – $215,000
