Before moving into recruiting, she worked in corporate immigration law, giving her firsthand knowledge of law firm culture, legal workflows, and what legal professionals navigate day to day. She partners with law firms of all sizes nationwide to place attorneys and legal support staff across a range of practice areas & specialties. Micah focuses on finding people who will genuinely strengthen a team, not just fill a seat. With five years of recruiting experience, she takes a high-touch, relationship-first approach, forming genuine connections with both clients & candidates.
