Position Description:
A prestigious global law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to join its Disputes practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to support accomplished attorneys within a sophisticated litigation environment while stepping into a highly visible, partnership-oriented role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage attorney workflow, priorities, deadlines, and ongoing litigation matters.

  • Serve as a primary liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal business teams.

  • Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling logistics.

  • Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, presentations, and other materials.

  • Organize and maintain electronic files and document management systems.

  • Partner with internal support teams to delegate assignments and monitor progress.

  • Support billing activities, including prebills, approvals, and follow-up items.

  • Assist with case preparation, research initiatives, executive materials, and meeting coordination.

  • Anticipate attorney needs, proactively identify solutions, and help ensure deadlines and client expectations are consistently met.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience required.

  • Prior experience supporting attorneys within a law firm or sophisticated professional services environment strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures, terminology, workflows, and deadlines.

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and operate with a high degree of professionalism.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems, and virtual collaboration tools.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from $52.72 to $69.90 per hour, which equates to an estimated annualized compensation range of $102,800 to $136,300 based on a standard 37.5-hour workweek, depending upon experience, geographic market, and overall qualifications.

This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law.

  • First 60 days onsite to support onboarding and team integration.
