Legal Executive Assistant – Disputes

Position Description:
A highly regarded global law firm is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant – Disputes to support attorneys within a fast-paced litigation practice. This is a high-visibility, executive-level support role where you will act as a true partner to attorneys, managing the day-to-day operations of their practice and ensuring everything runs efficiently.
This is a backfill hire due to team needs, and the firm is looking to move quickly for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities

Manage attorney workflow, priorities, and deadlines across multiple matters

Serve as the primary liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal teams

Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements

Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and presentations

Oversee document management and ensure files are organized and accessible

Coordinate with internal support teams to delegate and track assignments

Support billing processes including prebills, approvals, and follow-up

Assist with case preparation, research, and executive-level materials

Ensure attorneys are prepared for meetings, deadlines, and client deliverables
Qualifications

5+ years of litigation experience required

Experience supporting attorneys or senior professionals in a law firm or corporate legal environment

Strong understanding of litigation workflows, terminology, and deadlines

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, document management systems, and virtual collaboration tools
Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation
-
$102,800 – $136,300 annually, depending on experience, location, and overall qualifications
