Position Description:
Our client, an AM 200 Law Firm, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate and Land Use practice in Milwaukee or Madison, Wisconsin.
              

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with at least 3 years of commercial real estate experience who is interested in gaining broad exposure across a sophisticated transactional practice. The associate will work as part of a collaborative team representing a diverse client base in complex real estate matters.

        

Responsibilities include:

• Commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
• Real estate financing transactions
• Commercial leasing
• Zoning and land use matters
• Asset management
• Development-related real estate matters

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions

• Strong interest in maintaining a broad-based real estate practice

• Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a sophisticated real estate team
