Position Description:
We are partnering with our client, a leading global law firm, to identify a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its Complex Commercial Litigation group in Dallas.

The firm is seeking a motivated and experienced attorney with a strong foundation in broad-based commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience gained at a top-tier law firm or comparable experience, such as a federal judicial clerkship.

This role involves working on high-stakes, complex disputes and offers significant responsibility across all phases of litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support matters through all stages of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Coordinate litigation in both Texas state and federal courts
• Lead and manage all aspects of discovery in large, complex matters
• Take and defend depositions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of general litigation experience in a top-tier law firm or similar background (judicial clerkship experience considered)
• Experience handling complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Strong writing, research, and case management skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and communication abilities
• Admission to the Texas State Bar required
