IP Litigation Associate (3-5 yrs.) – Dallas or Houston

Position Description:
We are partnering with our client, a leading global law firm, to identify a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its Intellectual Property practice, with a focus on patent litigation.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience as a patent litigator, with a strong background representing both patent owners and accused infringers in high-stakes disputes. Experience appearing before U.S. district courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and/or the USPTO in PTAB proceedings is highly valued.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of patent litigation experience
- Experience representing parties in district court, ITC, and/or PTAB proceedings
- Strong technical background, with a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or similar field (or equivalent professional experience)
- USPTO registration is a plus but not required
- Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Admission to the Texas State Bar required
