Position Description:
A leading international law firm is seeking to add a mid-level corporate associate (4-6 yrs.) to join its New York-based Capital Markets & Securities practice (currently over 30 people in the group) due to an influx of new business.
The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience at a large law firm, with a strong background advising on public and private debt and equity offerings. Experience with Exchange Act reporting is essential, along with the ability to counsel clients on ongoing corporate governance matters, including SEC and stock exchange compliance, public company disclosure obligations, and general business and transactional issues.
Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar and possess excellent drafting, analytical, and client-facing skills.
