Compensation & Work Schedule

  • Salary: $84,000 to $111,000, depending on experience

  • 3/2 hybrid Schedule

  • First 60 days: Fully onsite for training and onboarding

  • Following successful onboarding: Transition to a 3/2 hybrid work schedule

About the Role

As a Legal Executive Assistant, you'll serve as a trusted strategic business partner to attorneys, ensuring their practices operate efficiently while they remain focused on delivering exceptional client service.

This position extends well beyond traditional administrative support. You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, oversee client communications, prepare legal documents and presentations, facilitate billing processes, organize meetings, monitor deadlines, and partner with legal support teams to ensure seamless execution of attorney priorities.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment where professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex attorney calendars, scheduling, and competing priorities

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements

  • Draft, edit, proofread, and finalize legal correspondence and documents

  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and executive-level communications

  • Serve as the primary liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal business professionals

  • Coordinate billing workflows, prebills, expenses, and administrative processes

  • Partner with legal support teams to ensure timely completion of projects

  • Maintain electronic document management systems and legal files

  • Prepare reports, presentations, research materials, and executive briefings

  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Executive Assistant, Executive Assistant, Legal Administrative Assistant, or senior legal support professional within a law firm or corporate legal department

  • Experience supporting attorneys or executive leadership

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills

  • Strong proofreading and document production abilities

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment while handling highly confidential information

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
