Having spent her career within Am Law and regional law firms overseeing attorney recruiting and legal talent initiatives, she brings firsthand knowledge of the legal hiring process and today’s competitive talent market.

Throughout her career, Meredith has managed all aspects of attorney recruitment, including lateral associate hiring, partner and group placements, law school recruiting, summer associate programs, diversity recruitment initiatives, and firm-wide talent strategies.
