Position Description:
Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join its Structured Finance practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 4 to 8 years of experience handling sophisticated securitization and asset-backed finance transactions. The successful candidate will work closely with a collaborative team on complex structured finance matters, including asset-backed securities transactions, warehouse financing arrangements, and related financing structures, while advising a diverse range of financial institutions and market participants.
Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on asset-backed securities and structured finance transactions.

Support warehouse financing and other securitization-related matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.

Coordinate transaction execution and manage deal workflows.

Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices on sophisticated financing transactions.

Maintain direct client contact and provide practical, business-focused legal counsel.
Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.

4–8 years of relevant structured finance and securitization experience.

Experience with asset-backed securities transactions required.

Experience with warehouse financing and related structured finance transactions preferred.

Strong academic credentials.

Significant law firm and transactional experience.

Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Compensation
The salary range for attorneys in the 2018–2022 class years is $310,000 to $435,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus program.
